Operation and Maintenance - Contracts

Windtechnics offer three levels of Service Package, the three indicative options are outlined below, however these packages can be tailored to suit individual client requirements, and the requirements of each Wind Farm.

PRESTIGE PACKAGE
This service provides monitoring and routine servicing for every turbine, ensuring each turbine operates safely and efficiently at all times. Clients have access to a same day call out response service and can choose to have a wide range of additional services carried out at their discretion.

The services included in this package are listed below:

  • Servicing (6 and 12 Monthly Intervals)
  • Monitoring
  • Spare parts sourcing and supply
  • Same day call out response
  • Maintenance recommendations and advice
  • Ad-Hoc Maintenance and repair

This package can ensure excellent performance for turbines of all make and model throughout the UK. As part of this service Windtechnics will provide recommendations each month as to the maintenance activities which would enhance the condition of each Wind Turbine.

This package includes Routine Servicing at 6 and 12 month intervals and also provides 24/7 Monitoring, Monthly Reporting, Operational Control and a stock holding of Critical Spares for the Wind Farm or wind turbine.

With access to a critical spare Parts stockholding to ensure frequently used items are readily available for replacement work, this package includes dedicated service support for the site.

This service can optimise the performance of your turbines and ensure maximum performance throughout the year.

The Prestige Care Package option is a comprehensive maintenance package providing the highest level of care for your asset.

This package includes Routine Servicing at 6 and 12 month intervals, 24/7 Monitoring, Daily & Monthly Reporting, Operational Control and Critical Spare Part stockholding.
Further to this Windtechnics will also provide 4 hours Call Out Reponses and a minimum availability guarantee of 95%.

As part of this service Windtechnics will include Oil Analysis at each service along with Generator alignment checks and blade inspections to ensure optimum performance is achieved.
Windtechnics will also provide a stockholding of Major components as an option to enhance this service option and ensure every aspect of Wind Turbine maintenance is addressed.
